Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

• Manage the existing infrastructure intended for value addition of the farm produce
• Develop SOP and workflow for effective production
• Prepare and implement Quality Management Plan
• Develop and maintain an MIS
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the Value Added products
• Mentor and train the team from level of coordinators to helpers in the respective project of Value addition
• Focus and generate revenue out of the setup business
• Vendor and stakeholders management
• Raw material identification, aggregation & storage
• Effective utilization and inventory management

Key Competency and skills

A resource should have good interpersonal skills with effective communications and to be a Team Facilitator. To work effectively in Development Sector with fierce passion to help the community by thinking beyond the regular approach and to have deep understanding with effective & permanent solutions for identified issues/risks.
