Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

• Agriculture Advisory services to farmers under IPM/INM concept
• Plan and provide services to farmers using infrastructure and systems of FPO in Soil Testing, Custom Hire Center (CHC), Common Service Center (CSC) etc
• Setup and execute trainings to FPO shareholders/FIGs and other connected farming community in coordination with UAS/KVK/Private Companies
• Develop business plan for sales of Inputs (Organic/Chemical) based on INM/IPM recommendation to the beneficiary farmers through FPO
• Drive the respective team to extensively participate in farmer mobilization, Knowledge dissemination and inputs sales as per standard INM/IPM practices
• Indent collections, POs, supply and Vendor management for inputs, CSC, CHC and other services in coordination with CEO of the FPO
• Setting up demos for varietal trials, innovative farm practices and inputs in coordination with UAS/KVK/Private companies
• Train and prepare team of DF APEX FPO in 18 districts across Karnataka and Telangana to deliver the services to FPOs/FIGs/Farmers under DF APEX FPO model
• Engage and maintain cordial relations with ecosystem partners viz. Government department and private companies
• Work closely with Seed Production, Farm Gate Trade and FPO management team for effective program delivery
