Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

• Understand, prepare, and execute designs.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas with options.
• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and website graphic.
• Collaborating with writers or art directors to discuss project goals and design concepts.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Updating/revamping book designs.
• Designing quarterly newsletters
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and communicate the message.

Key Competency and skills

• Working Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, andInDesign).
• Character design/ character sketching.
Preferred competencies
• graphic tool – CorelDraw.
• Kannada typing.
• Basic research mind-set.
