About the Position:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional who will be based in Hubballi, Karnataka and play a significant role in building the Deshpande Skilling’s platform of the future.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

• Program Scaling & Business Strategy: Develop strategic plans to scale and enhance Deshpande Skilling’s programs effectively.
• Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth research to understand beneficiary needs and study industry best practices for continuous improvement of the programs.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and implement holistic quality control systems for skill development programs to ensure impactful learning and outcomes.

Key Competency and skills

• Analytical strategist with experience in business planning, market research, and program evaluation.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; basic Hindi required; Kannada is a plus.
• Ability to work across departments.
