Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

• Overseeing and guiding the quality of all the academic functions of the program. This includes adopting/designing the right frameworks, integrating them with the technology systems, and into the SOP of the program.
• Overseeing the development and quality of curriculum with the help of the team and partner organisation, wherever required.
• Working on best practices (such as the ASER) to standardise student & teacher assessments.
• Clearing rough edges to achieve a well-rounded framework for EarlySpark teacher development.
• Ensuring regular and consistent teacher development programs.
• Monitoring the program's quality with the help of feedback, research, and data.
• Developing academics as per the requirement of the program operations.
• Cooperating and collaborating with the execution team for a smooth program delivery through its academic cycle.
• Preparing and presenting relevant reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Guiding the team of academic leads and cluster trainers to sustain the quality of the program.
• Overseeing the branding and visibility efforts for the program. This includes the regular publication of the program newsletter, and coordinating with the media team for production of videos and photos.
• Communicating to the external stakeholders, including knowledge partners, funders, Government officials etc.
• The candidate directly reports to the Program Manager and works with the internal training team, technology team, PR team, Assessment team, CSR team, Media team and Operation team for delivering the program outcome.
