About the Position:

As a Manager of HR Operations, this position will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing various functions within our Human Resources department. The primary focus will be on streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring compliance. The position will collaborate closely with the Head of HR, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and other stakeholders to achieve these objectives.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

    1. Support employees Objective Setting:
  • Set clear objectives for the HR team, aligning them with the overall HR strategy.
  • Monitor progress toward these objectives and make necessary adjustments.

  • 2. Budget Management:
  • Review and approve budgets related to HR operations.
  • Ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

  • 3. Policy Implementation:
  • Responsible for execution of various policies

  • 4.HR Systems and Databases:
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of internal HR systems and databases.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

  • 5. Metrics Monitoring:
  • Track key HR metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, turnover rates, compliance metrics).

  • 6. Consultation and Support:
  • Act as a go to person for managers and staff regarding HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
  • Address employee queries related to compensation, labour regulations, and other HR-related topics.
  • Support HRBPs in all their queries related to pay, performance & development

Key Competency and skills

  • Proven experience in HR management, with a good track record in an HR department.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
