Last-mile access to financial safety nets and support systems
Connectivity does not guarantee equitable access and many barriers, real or perceived, prevent rural Indians from accessing Government financial safety and security programs designed for them. Our financial inclusion teams fan across rural Karnataka to educate villagers and help them sign up for government insurance schemes, credit access programs and long-term savings opportunities, including Mudra loans, Jeevan BIMA insurance and SIPs.
This last-mile engagement is critical to converting policy intent into real financial security for households. By building trust through repeated, in-person interactions, our teams help villagers overcome hesitation, misinformation, and fear of formal institutions. We act as a bridge between beneficiaries and the financial system—clarifying eligibility, resolving documentation gaps, and coordinating with banks and local offices—so that enrollment leads to actual disbursement, coverage, and sustained usage.
